We love mix tapes

April 16, 2008 · Leave a Comment

Thanks to Mixwit we are now able to make sharable mix tapes on the web. The company founded by Radley Marx and Michael Christoff provides an easy way to create mix tapes with songs found through MP3 search engine Seeqpod. After creating your mix you can send the link to your friends, post it on your blog or social networking site (Facebook, MySpace, Blogger, …).
The players look like real cassette tapes, with moving spools. You can modify the look and feel of the tape, the font, and the playlist. It’s even possible to upload your own artwork to create your skin. The site’s instructions read: “It’s your mix, so make something unique. Add pictures, photos, artwork, drawings, …”
Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it? So go make a tape, it’s free!
